01The limit

The body has
a limit

  1. 01

A warehouse operator lifts several tonnes in a single shift.

    Citation required before launch

  2. 02

Back injury is among the largest causes of lost days in industrial work.

    Citation required before launch

  3. 03

The limit was never willpower. It was leverage.

Figures marked with a query are not yet sourced. They stay visible rather than being quietly removed, because a buyer in this category will check.

04Control loop

Sense. Decide. Assist.

One closed loop, running continuously while you wear it. Everything the suit does is this loop, repeated.
  1. 01

    Sense

16 (figure not yet sourced: Inertial measurement units across the frame, awaiting client confirmation) inertial units and 6 (figure not yet sourced: Surface myoelectric channels, awaiting client confirmation) myoelectric channels, sampled at 1 kHz (figure not yet sourced: Inertial and myoelectric sampling, awaiting client confirmation).

  2. 02

    Decide

On-board inference resolves intent in 6 ms (figure not yet sourced: Sense to torque, on-board inference, no network, awaiting client confirmation). No cloud round trip, so it works underground.

  3. 03

    Assist

Torque reaches hip and shoulder inside one gait cycle.

05Industries

Where it works

Four deployments, chosen because the work in them is repetitive, loaded and unavoidable.
  • 01 / 04

    Logistics

Repeated lifting across a full shift, without the third-hour drop off.

  • 02 / 04

    Construction

Overhead work held longer, with the shoulder carried rather than braced.

  • 03 / 04

    Healthcare

Patient transfers with the load taken off the lower back.

  • 04 / 04

    Field service

Awkward postures in confined spaces, supported rather than fought.

06Proof

No numbers we cannot show you

There is no deployment data to publish yet, so there is none published. When the pilot programme reports, the figures will appear here with an operator count, a duration and a date.

Pilot programme open

Fleet operators running five units or more can join the programme and see their own numbers before anyone else does.

07Developers

An exosuit with an API

The control loop is open at the edges. Read what the suit senses, shape how it responds.
  • Read gait phase, load and battery in real time.
  • Set assist curves per joint, within the safety envelope.
  • Runs on the suit. No network round trip, no cloud account.

const suit = await HyperSuit.connect()

suit.on('gait', ({ phase, load }) => {

    suit.assist({ hip: 0.8, shoulder: 0.4 })
  }

08Safety

What happens when it fails

A machine strapped to a spine has to answer this first.

Mechanical limits

Every joint is bounded in hardware, not only in software. The frame cannot drive a limb past its own stop.

Thermal management

Actuators derate before they overheat. Assist reduces gradually and tells you it is doing so.

Failure modes

Loss of power, loss of signal and sensor disagreement all resolve to the same state: free movement, no resistance.

Independent testing

Assessment by an accredited third party, published in full rather than summarised.

10Questions

The six questions

The ones people actually ask, rather than the ones that are comfortable to answer.
What happens if the battery dies mid-shift?
The suit releases to free movement with no resistance. It becomes a harness you are wearing, not a weight you are fighting. Packs swap in the field in under a minute.
Can I wear it for eight hours without chafing?
The load paths sit on the knitted base layer rather than directly on skin, and the contact points are the same ones a well-fitted pack uses. Eight hours is the design target and the pilot programme is where that gets tested honestly.
What is the actual return policy?
The reservation deposit is refundable in full at any point before shipping. Return terms for the delivered unit are set before the first shipment and will be published here in full, not summarised.
Does it fit me if I am 1.6 m or 2.0 m tall?
That is the stated range. Spine and limb segments adjust independently, which is what the modular frame is for. Outside that range it does not fit, and we would rather say so.
How do I clean it?
The base layer detaches and is machine washable. The shells and actuators wipe down. Nothing about routine cleaning requires a service visit.
Does it work in the rain?
It is built for industrial environments including wet ones. The specific ingress rating is a number we will publish once it is certified rather than estimated.
